CANCELLATIONS are NOT ACCEPTED once the 48 hour time frame has passed after placing the order. All orders are submitted with our supplier within 24 to 48 hours, therefore we cannot accept any cancellations after this time.
If you would like to return an item, you must notify us by email at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. In the email please state the reason for the return, provide pictures if necessary or requested, and the receipt. Tracking status will be checked. Anything over the 48 hour time frame will void any return requests. Items being returned must be mailed out and tracking numbers provided to us within 48 hours of the return being approved. If the 48 hours passes, the return request will no longer be valid. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
For returns to be accepted, the item(s) must be in its original condition (no damages, no stains, no signs of being used). Once we receive your returned item(s) we will inspect the condition of each item and notify you within 48 hours on the status of your return. If the return is accepted, a refund, not including original shipping costs, will be returned to the payment method used within 7-15 business days or depending on your banks policy. If a discount code was used with the order, the amount paid on the item will be refunded, not the dollar amount the item(s) is listed for.
We do not accept any exchanges unless the incorrect items were sent. Customers must notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please state in the email the reason for the exchange, pictures, and the receipt. Return shipping costs will be the customers responsibility. Original shipping costs paid are nonrefundable. Once we receive the returned item(s) we will inspect them to make sure they are in their original condition. We will notify the customer within 48 hours of receiving the returned item(s). If the items are approved, we will mail out the correct items within 48 hours only if we have the items at hand. If the items are not in stock, the items will be shipped out within 1 to 4 weeks. Allow another 2 to 5 business days to receive your order once an email confirmation has been sent along with a tracking number.
If for any reason there is a defect in the item(s) you received, you must notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). Please write in detail what the defect of the item(s) is, provide pictures, and include the receipt. We cannot consider your claim without pictures and if the 48 hours have passed. We will inform you on the status of the claim by email within 48 hours of receiving the claim. If approved, you will have the option of choosing a partial refund, partial store credit, or return the defective item(s) only for a full refund minus the original shipping costs. ALL ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
Depending on the defect, a partial refund to the original payment method or a partial store credit will be issued. Store credit meaning you will receive a discount code for a certain dollar amount that can be used on your next purchase. Store credit codes do not expire. If choosing to return the defective item instead, customers will be responsible for shipping costs. The item(s) must be shipped out within 48 hours of the claim being approved and the tracking number must be provided to us by email within 48 hours of the claim being approved. If the 48 hours has passed, the defective item return claim will no longer be valid.
Defective items do not include minor color variations due to lighting or sizing.
If for any reason we cannot fulfill an order, customers will be notified by email, and a full refund for the order will be issued back to the payment method used. Unfulfilled meaning we received the order and cannot send the items to you. Allow 7 to 15 business days or depending on your banks policy to see the amount reflecting back in your account.
